Perfect for aspiring entrepreneurs, SHGs, farmers, students, and nutritionists, this programme explores millet-based product innovation from processing to packaging.
Workshop Benefits:
) Basics of millet grain processing i.e. cleaning, grading, grinding etc.
2) Hand-on training on 8-10 products made from millets, specialty products being millet pasta, millet vermicelli (shevai), millet suji, millet papad and atta.
3) Learn art of manufacturing these products on modern medium scale machinery.
4) Packaging techniques for longer shelf life and market convenience.
5) Knowledge on schemes and subsidies related to food processing.
6) Certificate from Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) Niti-Aayog supported incubation centre i.e. AIC – ADT Baramati Foundation.
